You can tell this is a group that wants to help you grow and will look out for you. I have used DHL for the past 9 years for my business. I recently used Warren Global as DHL was taking 2-3 weeks for... delivery. Warren Global was cheaper and we received our goods within 2 working day. (Pick up Thursday night - delivered Tuesday morning 830am). The communication with Laura was exceptional. We use Warren Global for all our international freight needs. They quote very competatively to the extent we no longer... use anyone else, and are even starting to move some of our coast to coast freight over to them. But above all it is their communication and responsiveness that makes them an absolute pleasure to work with. We have constant communication with them from quoting to booking to when they make flights to arriving at both customs, and to location. Plus we have tracking tools. They go the extra step to ensure we are happy, and do it quickly, whereby you talk to the same team of people every time. Your customer service and communication is like nothing I have ever experienced before.Love ya work team.read more

The Warren team is amazing. They have shipped me three separate orders of boards for a total of 9 surfboards all... without any damage. This is from Australia to Puerto Rico. Last package had 4 layovers and they are perfect. Not only they are extremely professional in their work, they are responsive and care about the customer experience. In my case they even helped me save money by consolidating boards from different shapers. I recommend them and will definitely use again in the future. Thank you!read more

Recently discovered this company and very pleased I did! My initial call was answered swiftly, with a quote (via email)... following shortly. After I dropped my package off I soon received an invoice and tracking number. When my package was delivered I was also notified via email (even though I had tracked the parcel myself). The parcel arrived quickly and safely. Great customer service. Thanks to all.read more

I used these guys to import air freight from Sth Korea.They have managed the process on my behalf, beautifully.No... hiccups, great communication and they liaised directly with Sth Korea for me.
